Cancellations
Due to our print-on-demand process, we cannot accept cancellations once your order is placed. We appreciate your understanding.
Buyer’s Remorse
We do not offer refunds or replacements for incorrect sizes or buyer’s remorse. Please double-check all order details before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Mislabeled Products
We take full responsibility for any damaged, mislabeled, or defective products. If you receive a product that is not in perfect condition, please follow these steps:
- Submit a Claim: Email us at contact@koshathecreator.com within 14 business days of receiving your order.
- Provide Details: Include a detailed description of the issue.
- Attach Photos: Attach clear photos showing the defect, damage, or mislabeling.
Once received, we’ll review your claim and provide a resolution within 5–7 business days.
Lost or Missing Packages
If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please take the following steps:
- Confirm Address: Ensure that the shipping address you provided is correct.
- Check with Neighbors: Ask if anyone nearby has received your package.
- Contact Carrier: Reach out to the shipping carrier to inquire about the package’s whereabouts.
If your package still hasn’t arrived, contact us within 14 business days after the estimated delivery date.
- If the address provided was correct, we will cover the cost of a replacement order, including shipping
- If the address was incorrect, the package will be returned to us (this may take 2–4 weeks). Once received, we will contact you to confirm a new address. Additional shipping fees will apply
If tracking shows your package as “Delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact us within 14 business days. We will investigate and determine the best resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages due to production or shipping differences. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.
If your order shows as “Delivered,” but you are missing items, please check your tracking details for additional shipments still in transit. If the remaining items have not arrived within 3 business days after the estimated delivery date, feel free to reach out for assistance.
